Once you decide upon a home before making an offer, it is very wise to talk with the current owners in the surrounding neighborhood. Take a walk through the area! Neighbors often tell us things we would never know about a property unless we asked! 

When we do make an offer, we work closely in all aspects of presenting and later negotiating the contract. Here we are not only dealing with price but move-in time, repairs, conditions, etc.
